Announcement system

The subsystem of so-called electronic announcements is used for regular cyclical data input done in branches and their replication for the administration centre, including notification of operating staff when a client starts failing to comply with his duty to announce certain data

In real life, this represents, for example, the need to produce a regular monthly announcement report for the system, recording the status of electro meters, gas meters and water meters, status of non-inventoried raw materials and supplies, or expendable materials or any other periodic report for the administration center.
