The basic philosophy of a centrally managed store chain is to have goods labels, goods sectors, business partners, business conditions and catalogs and pricing methods managed and controlled from one place, that is from the central administration unit.

The central administration unit is located at the commercial department and it is connected via internet to individual stores and to on-line data replication and communicates with them in real time. The response to, for example, newly stored goods, or to the need to change the sale price or to changes in business conditions is immediate and it is not necessary to perform any data transfers over to the stores.

At the same time, the central administration unit receives all information back from the stores in real time. These are all types of documents, receipts, changes in warehouse stock, changes in cash books, etc.
