Customer support relevant to issues of B.O.S.S. Enterprise is provided by a helpdesk and hotline service. All services, including updates to new versions, PC configuration, software configuration, system setup, installations of other utilities, etc. are done by our employees remotely directly from the company location, provided that the user hardware and internet connection are working smoothly.

Also, our company operates its own server on the internet backbone network, designed to provide support to customers using business and warehouse and the financial B.O.S.S. Enterprise system. After login, you may use helpdesk services and the relevant web form to enter problems that you need a solution for.

The helpdesk and hotline system is designed for registered users - based on a concluded service agreement.
