Stock inspection

From the accounting and operation point of view, it is clear that regular inventories of stock reserves at each branch or wholesale warehouses must be performed. To do that, the Enterprise B.O.S.S. system offers a comfortable module where you can enter inventoried physical status of reserves and also evaluation of deficits and extra stocks and print inventory protocols.

The inventory of stock may be actually done at the cash desk, at the workstation background, or by using a notebook right at the goods shelves, or by using wireless terminals used for barcode scanning and data collection in off-line or on-line modes.

• possibility to filtrate inventoried goods according to groups, suppliers, sub-warehouses
• creation of inventory documents (list of physical conditions of the goods) at cash desk or on a portable terminal

• inspection assemblies of inventory lists of goods according the scanning sequence
• loading and reading of documents needed for inventories, into already commenced inventory done in the background of the store
